Copper was needed for war materiel such as bullets and shell casings, so Pennies were made in steel instead of copper. The Steel Pennies were made only in 1943 and are America's first and only steel coins. You get 49 Wheat pennies and one half dollar 1964 or before in a velour bag. Condition varies and dates range from 1909 to 1959. Circulated good or better condition. Mostly old, unsearched Wheat Cents. Many valuable coins in every bag!
