I give it 5 stars. I used it after IKE and it never let me down. I had additional tanks for propane and never lost any of my frozen things and had my refrigerator on continuously. I used a small window unit at night to sleep in comfort. It was easy to maintain and the oil change was easy. I purchased in advance necessary oil to keep it going indefinitely. Used it 11 days in a row. Only stopped it long enough to change the oil and propane tanks. NO ONE on my street did as well. Some got generators AFTER IKE at premium prices. Thanks to God I was prepared for this one. Guess what? With this temperature climbing we're due for a monster CAT 5 here.

Surviving the aftermath of the Eye of Ike was a lot easier with this generator. Propane was always available in Dayton, Quiet, easy to use, easy to start.
It kept my refrig going / a small window A/C umit and the TV. Life was bearable.

Great generator, easy start, quiet and saved my refrigerated/freezer food and medication during "IKE" blackout.
Clean, quiet -no gasoline (it was not available after "IKE") but propane was and fuel change took only minutes.

Put it to work as soon as I got it. Runs great. Will work on natural gas also. Good investment down here in hurricane country.

Great piece of emergency equipment.
Easy to use. Runs great and don't have to worry about storing gasiline and it getting old. I have the generator, fuel tank, extension cords, spare oil etc., stored all on a garden wagon with extended sides that I can roll into position and use at a moments notice.
I consider this one of my better investments. Have already used it once.
