I have suffered from back pain for years and I purchased this item out of sheer desperation. I can not begin to describe the level of relief provided. While the sensation of being inverted was a bit disconcerting at first, I was able to adapt within just a couple of days. I would highly recommend this item to anyone suffering from lower back pain.
