I highly recommend them for anyone interested in the benefits of acupressure without having to spend a lot of money on acupressure treatments. I've purchased many pairs of acupressure sandals. The wooden ones broke. The ones with the small rubber nodules broke off, etc. Give them a try. If you're not used to acupressure slippers/sandals, start slow and give them a chance.
