This is a wonderful chair. My husband put it together in a few minutes and he said it was easy to assemble. I have three fused disks in my neck and have looked for a long time for a chair that I can sit in for several hours. This chair fits the bill. It has a neck rest and back that are adjustable and the arm rests adjust in, out, up and down. It is easy to adjust, so even if you need to change positions during the day it is not a hassle. Just getting a chair that supports my entire spine from my neck to my lower back is so wonderful. I have been sitting in the chair for a couple hours and do not feel the stress on my spine. I had to order another one, so I could have one for work and one for home. It you spend several hours working on a computer a need a great chair, definitely order this one.
