This is the neatest ensemble for relaxing in comfort w/gentle massage I have ever experienced. The only thing I would change is to make it 3-6 inches wider. The unit is ready to use when you get it and easy to carry anywhere in the neat carrry bag. The zip covers are better than average and the batteries are easy to install. Thanks Heartland~my friend will love this as she cannot lie down after emergency heart surgery and this is perfect for her now and when she recovers.
