This product is WONDERFUL. My skin is softer and I can see the dfference in the "crows" marks on my face in 1 month. Be sure to use good skin products with it like colloagen. You will be having people asking you everyday did you go on vacation to a spa.or you look so much youger. What are you doing. Thanks. Heartland for making this affordable

It's pretty good for what it does. Basically, you have a diamond plate drawn against the surface of your face with a vacuum that pulls the skin to the tip and as you move it along it gives a peel. You can't really damage your skin with this unless you use it everyday.
Smooths your complection and stimulate collagen production.
Another use I've found, it's useful for lip plumping. Be sure your lips are dry and remove the tip and the filter. Much better than lip injections.
