I have had this for about 4 months now and it is great. It will get me through a 10 hour shift with no problem. Sound is not booming but is good and full. It has survived some pretty rough service, the rubberized coating aids in it taking some pretty hard knocks. I hav yet to deplete the battery to where it doesn't play at one setting.
