Buyer agrees that by purchasing any of the machines listed on this site, you will not use them for the purpose of gambling or commercial use. the buyer, if executing any activity deemed illegal in their state will hold the seller harmless and in addition agrees to defend at the buyers' expense any and all adverse claims made against the seller.
