Bought this chair after I learned of my ALS diagnosis. It has been a godsend, as I am able to maintain some independence and still drive. I place the chair directly behind the drivers seat. When I get really tired and need a rest, the footrests are attached and I can be pushed around the Mall or into church. It is comfortable for short time intervals, but not recommended for long periods of sitting. Both the foot extensions and the handle height are adjustable. Thanks for a great product..
