Rich with historical value, the genuine Indian head cent in our unusual pendant was designed by noted engraver James Longacre to celebrate America's westward expansion and minted from 1864 to 1909.
It depicts Liberty in an Indian bonnet. And appears here wreathed by turquoise hued beads set in antiqued silvertone...a design that suggests the traditional Native American style of hand worked sterling. Dates vary within the 45-year period noted above. The twisted rope chain is about 24" in length. Certificate of Authenticity included.
