This is a good excersize aperatus because it is compact, versatile, and really cheap, thanks to Hearland's price. I own two of these, one which is in reserve. I've been using it for a couple of years and have noticed positive results. It's an important part of my home gym, and because of its size, I can use it in my apartment without taking up space. Highly recomended.
