This Back Stretcher is GREAT! I have Parkinson's Disease & have suffered from severe back pain for more than 6 years. My MD's give me pain meds, & I see a Chiro twice weekly. From the first moment I laid down on this stretcher, I was getting a better "release" in my back than I get from the chiro. And I now am taking fewer pain meds. PLEASE, go SLOW with this. I started off at 2 minutes & I needed help getting up, but the results were positive & immediate. I now use this 2 times a day. I can now move more freely, and it has helped my lower back muscles & lower abs, to the point I can be active again.+++

It is difficult to communicate how much this back stretcher has helped me, but it truly has changed my life. I have had back issues and pain (discs etc) for over 35 years. As a precaution, one might want to get your doctor's approval to use this first, but I did not hesitate to use this stretcher because physical therapists had me doing exercises over the years which were meant to do the same type of stretching as this device does. I must be diligent in using it of course. Helps my neck disc also with one of the positions suggested in the instructions.

I tried a friends and within fifteen minutes I felt my spine reallign. Used it twice more for 15 minutes and within 2 days of the initial use, my pain was gone. I am ordering one.

This product has saved us lots of $$$ and down time - a few minutes of time on the back stretcher save us from needing chiropractors anymore. While it doesn't work for everyone - our friends who have their lower back "go out" occasionally rave about it as much as we do. Hey for less than the cost of one visit to a chiropractor - why not try it!
