I bought this several months ago but like to give things a real test before I write a review. I was a little concerned when I first opened the package - it was flat and in some areas it didn't even look like there was any down. I put it in the dryer but didn't have any tennis balls to "help" it fluff up, I threw in my "Downey" ball instead but definately not nearly as good as tennis balls. Then I spread it out on a bed in the guest room and from time to time would go and toss it around and pull on the squares to help fluff it up. Then I put it on our bed. Although it was still a bit flat, I knew from my previous down comforter that the longer you have it on your bed and sleep with it, the fluffier it becomes. Although it initially looked less filled than our old one, it fluffs up more each day and is now nice and fluffy. Even better it is warmer and keeps a more consistent heat than the old one which had areas of more or less down and therefore warmth.We love it and can't wait to go to bed at night to crawl under our down comforter. Don't let first impressions keep you from this one! The ONLY downside, and it's not too much is the cover has a crinkly sound/feel. I guess the cover works because no down is coming through. Once you are asleep it isn't noticeable at all and certainly we haven't slept better! Great Price too!

I've had this comforter in my RV for 5 years. It's warm and light. It's not TOP end, but is a great deal for the price. I'm buying another tonight for a Christmas gift.
