This saw is professionally built and runs smooth, quiet and cool. I ran it for 5 minutes right after opening and it barely got warm. I cut through some 3/8" bolts, 1/8" angle iron, re-bar, water pipe and sheet metal. Using prudent force and speed in cutting it handled them all with ease. I didn't buy it for cutting large sheets of plywood but I did cut some 1x6 pine just to test.
Overall, I feel that anyone would enjoy this saw if used properly and Heartland definitely has the best price that I've found. Yes it's a little expensive but for what it does in saving time versus other cutting methods it becomes a bargain.

This thing is friggin awesome! I bought it after seeing it on Pitchmen and man was I surprised, it does everything it said it would.
