I love this machine!!! It sarts my body up every morning and energizes my afternoon! Also firms up whole body and burns calories! Many energizing programs and options....Great buy!!!

As a diabetic I have poor circulation in my legs, lying in bed my legs would cramp all night. Since owning this machine, I've used it twice a day for eight minutes each time I know longer have the cramps and circulation is better. Needless to say I feel much better. So if your a diabetic this machine is worth giving a try and is well worth the money.
