I have the black one of these and they work wonderfully. We were able to cut down our electricity bill by $100 the first month we had it over any other electric heater, so it literally paid for itself the first month. I have been contemplating getting this one as well. The customer service was great as there was a loose connection and they walked me through step by step and stayed with me for an hour to get the problem solved. Much better quality than the original heaters made by other companies.
