Do you ship to destinations outside the continental USA?
We do ship Fed Ex, expedited shipping to AK, HI and Puerto Rico*. Additional shipping charges will apply. Please call 1-800-229-2901 and on of our representatives will be able to assist you.
Please provide a physical street address for delivery. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer are not available for shipping outside the contiental U.S.A. No international orders.

Do you ship to a PO Box?
Most standard delivey orders ship USPS. Dropship, overweight and some other orders require a physical mailing address.
*Customers living outside the Continental US. and customers requesting expedited shipping are required to include a physical street address.
We are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Can I ship to a location that is different from my billing address?
Yes, you may change your shipping address on the "Checkout Page".
Guaranteed Satisfaction
At Heartland America®, our customer's satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you've purchased from Heartland America®, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise price. After 30 days, items may be returned for merchandise credit (Up to 90 days). Some restrictions may apply.
Footwear Return Policy
Footwear should be tried on for fit indoors. You may return shoes/apparel for exchange or refund in unworn, new condition, along with the original packaging, within 30 days. After 30 days, or if shoes/apparel show wear of any kind, items may be returned for a merchandise credit (up to 90 days).
Baja Beach Guarantee Details
In the unlikely event that your sunglasses ever break, just return them and we'll replace them! Subject to availability. May substitute item of equal or greater value. Please contact Heartland America Customer Service for a Return Authorization number at 1-800-229-2901. Original invoice and broken sunglasses will need to be returned for replacement. Return shipping is customer's responsibility and cost. One free replacement per person per pair of sunglasses. Abuse of replacement policy may result in guarantee being voided.
Return Procedures
To return an item to Heartland America® please call 1-800-478-8365 or
1. Package your return in the original carton (All returned products must be complete including the original packing, accessories, parts, manuals, etc.).
2. Please include the shipment invoice (packing slip) with the backside filled out including: Reason for the return - (A.Not as expected, B.Arrived too late, C.Wrong item on Invoice, D.Wrong Item Shipped, E.Wrong Color, Size, etc. F.Not as Advertised, G.Defective) and Action Requested - (Refund or exchange).
3. Send your return via UPS ground or Insured Parcel Post to Heartland America® Returns Dept. 8119 Century Blvd. Chaska, MN 55318-3056. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the product you are returning contains any hazardous materials, please contact your shipping carrier for instructions on how to safely package and ship that product. You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the proper handling, packing, and shipment of combustible materials, hazardous materials, fragile materials, materials that may leak, or anything that may cause environmental or physical harm, including batteries.
Restricted Item Policy
It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with all local, state and federal laws regarding purchase, possession and use in their locality of items such as knives, crossbows, stun guns, laser pointers and chemical sprays. We can not, and will not sell such items to minors. By placing an order for such an item, you acknowledge that it will be used in a lawful manner, that you are of legal age, and that you are not a convicted felon or other adult who is restricted from buying or possessing such item. Before completing your order you will be required to choose whether or not to require an adult signature upon delivery. If you select that option, an additional charge of $5 per package will apply. If you choose not to require an adult signature, you agree that the package may be left without a signature, and you further release Heartland America from any and all liability relating to the delivery of your package. That release includes, but is not limited to, the risk that the package may be stolen or opened by unauthorized persons.
