In the Wild West, the Morgan silver dollar was popular with infamous outlaws like Jesse James, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Minted from 1878-1904 and then again in 1921,they were struck from America's richest silver strike ever, the Comstock Lode in northern Nevada. While over a half billion Morgans were minted, only a fraction of them survived the famous Pittman Act meltdowns. Your Morgan silver dollar is at least 90 years old (dates vary) and comes encased in a Wild West acrylic case. 6" x 4" x .25". Certificate of Authenticity included.
