Stretchers are made with durable wood that gently stretches tight shoes in the exact spots for a more comfortable fit. Comes with four moveable pressure relief pods and fits mens shoe size 9 to 14.

How to Stretch Shoes: First place the stretcher in the shoe. Turn the handle clockwise to adjust length. Be sure to not overstretch the shoe once the stretcher is placed inside. To stretch shoe length, continue to turn the plastic handle clockwise until you begin to see surface pressure showing on the shoe. To stretch shoe width, turn the metal looped handle in a clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on the shoe. For best results, leave Stretcher in place for at least 24 hours. To remove the Shoe Stretcher, turn handles Counterclockwise.
