1. Your Club Membership: In exchange for payment of the annual membership fee, Heartland America agrees to provide Club membership benefits to you, as described on the front of this letter, for one year from the date you join.

2. Dues, once paid, are not refundable during a membership year, as they are allocated to the various costs of providing our services and benefits. If the dues include a processing fee, the processing fee is also not refundable. By renewing your Heartland America membership, you agree to the terms and conditions. All memberships include the Automatic Renewal feature. You must notify us if you’d like to cancel your Membership by emailing Heartland America at [email protected] or calling 1-800-229-2901.

3. No Worry Membership Renewal: You will receive written notice of renewal up to 60 days prior to the annual expiration of your membership. To ensure uninterrupted membership benefits, Heartland America will automatically renew your yearly membership at the current price using the credit card used for your most recent purchase. Must be a current member of the Extended Product Agreement Club for extended product protection to apply. The Extended Product Agreement doesn’t include returns on computer or computer related items.

Heartland Rewards Terms and Conditions


1. Redemption. Your Heartland Rewards coupon may only be used toward the purchase price of merchandise offered for sale by Heartland America through its catalog or website. Purchases are deducted from the balance. Any unused portion will remain in the account until the entire amount has been redeemed or until the expiration date. If an order exceeds the amount available, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. Limit 1 coupon per order ($50 minimum order).

To redeem online, proceed to the check-out payment screen and enter Rewards or Gift Certificate code where instructed, prior to completing payment. To redeem by phone, please give the Rewards/Gift Certificate number on your Heartland Rewards gift certificate to our Customer Service Representatives by calling 1-800-486-1549.

2. Limitations. Heartland Rewards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law.

3. Changes to Terms and Conditions. Heartland America reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to change, revise, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time.

4. Expiration and Risk of Loss. Your Heartland Rewards coupon expires on the date indicated on the front of the coupon or in the materials that were included with your coupon. Please treat your coupon(s) as you would cash. The risk of loss and title to Heartland Rewards pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen coupons, and they will not be replaced.

5. Fraud. Heartland America has the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a counterfeit or fraudulently obtained Heartland Rewards coupon is used to make purchases.

6. Limitation of Liability. Heartland America and its affiliates make no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to Heartland Rewards coupon, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Heartland Rewards coupon code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability shall be the replacement of such coupon. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

7. General Terms. Heartland Rewards coupons are issued for use only through our website or catalog, both of which are based in Minnesota. By accepting a Heartland Rewards coupon, you agree that the laws of the State of Minnesota including but not limited to, the laws on abandonment, will govern these Terms and Conditions, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Must be a current member.
