I am really enjoying this clock. I placed it on my bedroom wall not too long ago, and it looks awsome. In addition, it ticks very softly that I can hardly hear it which is a very pleasant thing. I would definitely recommend it to any one.

5/19/2010, this is a great first 'cuckoo clock', it arrived assembled well, with all pieces intact. the chains and weights are just for looks but real nice for the inexpensive price! it is solid wood with pretty sculptured details, the little bird is plastic and the electronic 'cuckoo voice' echo's a little but all in all an excellent value. i got it for myself for my birthday and would do it again.
