This product is awesome. I put it on and pressed on. It shook my belly at whatever speed I chose. It suggests 10 minutes but after two minutes I took off the belt and could feel the toning effect. I then put it back on for the suggested 10 minutes sat and did some quick reading and then removed it. I will continue for about a month.and see the results.
