I ordered this heater from Heartland America, and it was shipped really fast. Just what I ordered. We have another unit that is smaller, and it does a great
job, Pluged this unit in, and it heated my kitchen within minutes, and it is 14x24. Hopefully it will do good next winter. Thanks Heartland America!

This product is comparable to the Eden Pure minus the remote control and roller casters, but, this unit uses less power and will keep a room warm through the winder months in Maine (very cold).

I purchased this heater this year and what a difference it has made. A remote would be nice but is not needed. It keeps my home very cozy and despite the short cord it is worth the price. I would not hesitate to buy another one or recommend it's purchase. The only drawback I can see is that it will not heat a larger home. my home is smaller in area and does quite well. In a much larger home it is good for supplemental heating of a large room. A furnace is still needed.

i purchased this heater, because i had been hearing that infrared heating is all the rage, so this was the cheapest that i had seen at the time. i think that it is worth the money, but, i do not like the fact that it doesnt have a remote or casters on it. Which you realize it is important, but if you need to pinch pennies, you get your lazy butt up and cut it off/on and pick it up and move it when you need to.
I had a party in the basement for christmas, it was very cold down there initially. I cut the furnace up to 80 to get it to warm up, when it did, I cut it back to 68, which is what it was on, initially when we first came down, but turned the infrared heater on along with the 68 and EVERYONE was very comfortable!! No one knew what happened! There is no carpet in the basement and is about the3/4 of the length of the house ( a very large room and pretty empty)! With about 15 people taking up the btu's... I like this heater. For best results, I suggest warming one room at a time, with the doors closed, then opening the doors. I fell asleep with it one day, my 15'x12' bedroom was freezing, and 2 hours later, the room felt like a sauna!

The heater itself seems to be OK nice even heat. The downside is the power cord is too short and it does not have caster on the unit, not convient to move from room to room. It's well worth the money I paid.
