We have had an Original Veg-a-matic since they first were demonstrated at the San Diego County Fair in Del Mar California. (That is about 52 years) We have not used it every day but when you need it there is no substiture. Recently our old one the lower blade snapped. So pleased to find another. I would rate it 10 stars.
